The diameter of Hitch-Ezy's tow-pillar head (55mm) is much larger than its competitors and this ensures that it is easier to engage the coupling on it by either a "drop on" or "back into" technique.
The coupling has excellent self-cantering characteristics on the tow-pillar.
This Andersen tow-pillar is specific, AND ONLY SUITABLE for those customers running an Andersen weight distribution system. Our Andersen pillars are the current Andersen design with a base diameter of 45.8mm. Earlier Andersen systems may have a different pillar taper. Please confirm your Andersen system is the current design before purchasing.
