Returns Policy for Hitch-Ezy Pty Ltd

1. Returns Overview

Hitch-Ezy Pty Ltd is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. This Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning items purchased on our e-commerce website at www.hitch-ezy.com.au.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Please read our FAQ and carefully check a) your required tow rating, b) the shank diameter of your chosen tow-pillar matches the ball mount hole in your tow tongue, and c) your tow tongue has adequate clearance within a 75mm radius of the centre of the ball mount hole to allow our coupling to freely rotate fully left and right to jack knife position.

  • If you believe an item you have received was incorrect, faulty or damaged upon arrival, please notify us of the issueby emailing info@hitch-ezy.com.au within 7 days of delivery so we can address it.

  • If you have ordered the incorrect coupling or tow-pillar please contact us at info@hitch-ezy.com.au within 7 days of delivery to organise an exchange of any affected components. Shipping costs involved in any exchange will be the purchaser’s responsibility, and any returned items must be in unused re-saleable condition, must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit, and must be insured in transit. Hitch-Ezy Pty Ltd reserves the right to not offer an exchange if a returned item is used or damaged.

3. Return Process

  • To enquire about the eligibility of a return, please contact us at info@hitch-ezy.com.au with your order details and reason for return.

  • Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit, and make sure the item is insured in transit.

4. Refund Policy

  • Upon receiving the returned item Hitch-Ezy Pty Ltd will verify its condition. Should the item be eligible for an exchange, a replacement will be sent to you. Should you be eligible for a partial refund as part of the exchange process, Hitch-Ezy Pty Ltd will process that refund to the original payment method.

  • Any refund will not include the original, or additional shipping costs.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returns are at the purchaser's expense, except in cases where the item received is damaged on arrival, faulty or not as ordered.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Hitch-Ezy Pty Ltd does not accept returns on used products. Items must be in completely unused condition to be eligible for a refund.

  • Hitch-Ezy Pty Ltd does not accept returns simply for ‘change of mind’.

7. Timeframe

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a exchange / partial refund.
